"We are a Not-For-Profit organization and no monies whatsoever are ever received or filtered through us (unless you want to make a donation to The Legacy to help with the costs and expenses of maintaining this site). We intend to make a "Benjamin Orr: The Legacy" promotional graphic or two available to the fans, who can than order any type of promotional product they want from any companies out there. We will receive no "commission" or "kick back" whatsoever from these sales. Any problems or issues with any product that you order will have to be addressed with whichever company that you choose to print or produce such products with and we have no control over delivery or quality control type of issues. We will be making our "The Legacy" graphic available to you as a courtesy; but as we previously stated, we  do not want to receive any proceeds from such sales or "monetize" our site in any way or take advantage of Benjamin in any way for our own personal gains- we are a not-for profit enterprise."
